SUMMARY:Intro to Paddle Boarding
DESCRIPTION:Lesley loves to be in\, on or near water. She loves teaching paddling to new and novice paddlers to help people learn and play on Manitoba’s beautiful waterways. Lesley has been paddling for over 30 years and has been a certified Paddle Canada SUP instructor since 2019.  \nParticipants will learn about different types of SUP boards\, equipment\, safety information\, environmental factors\, how to read the water\, paddle stances/positions\, paddle techniques (covering the four basics)\, and self-rescue. There will be a guaranteed splash and stoke (good energy). Beginners are welcome. We are an inclusive paddling clinic; everyone is welcome.\nWe paddle rain and shine\, however should there be inclement weather (high winds\, thunderstorms etc) we will work to reschedule the clinic or you will receive a full refund. All equipment will be provided.
