Some things to know before coming to train with us:
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow for registration/sign-in
Courses will begin promptly at the listed time; participants will not be allowed into class more than 30 minutes past start time to uphold program standards.
Dress comfortably – you may be doing CPR, splinting, bandaging, etc. so be sure to dress appropriately.
If you have any injuries (ex. bad back, knees, etc.) please bring this up with your instructor when you get in. We can absolutely make accommodations to help you succeed!
Bring indoor shoes – since we spend a decent amount of time training on the floor, help everyone stay comfortable and clean. Slippers or sandals are a great option!
Additionally, you can pay a discounted price if you have been certified before and you are getting your re-certification.
